Not looking for full time strategic HR support?
Many smaller organisations do not require a full time strategic HR professional but may be unaware of the flexible nature of the support on offer.
This role within an organisation sits alongside the existing HR department offering support for a strategic business and people plan that is then supported by internal HR staff day to day.
Following an initial review to understand the business and the support required, light touch support often takes the format of one day in the business a month.
Services provided during this time often include attending the Board meeting for ongoing coaching and development of the leadership team, carrying out training workshops or just supporting managers in the people management aspect of their roles.
Projects are often picked up during this time, whereby development and planning will be managed by the HR Consultant with the internal HR team carrying out the day to day work.
