Employee Relations Case Support/Letter Writing

Do you have very little Employee Relations issues? Require just a little support to write formal letters or advice for holding formal meetings?

I can provide support dealing with individual employee relations cases, such as absence management, disciplinary, grievance and redundancy issues on a fixed fee or hourly basis.

I can also provide letter writing on a case by case basis.

Typical examples include:

Drafting single letter e.g. Grievance response, including revisions  – Fixed Fee £35-60

Supporting a single ER case – including advice, drafting invite and response letters and providing meeting note documentation – 2 – 5 Hours

Multiple cases – based on either hourly rate or a negotiated fixed fee

Quotes can be provided for additional services.
